One more problem was that exchange rate for one item was applied correctly and for the other didn't. However, the great Obaku team solved everything very quickly and I appreciate that. I had an Obaku watch before that I really liked until I accidentally smashed it. I didn't buy the previous watch from the Obaku website, so this part was new to me. The website and purchase process were easy to use and the package arrived a week later. The watch is beautiful and comfortable and I love it. The only part that was problematic was adjusting the size of the band. I think Obaku should provide a tool to release the mechanism and make it easier to close up again, especially on women's watches. My boyfriend had to help me.

I was given a lovely white LDS Obaku watch as a gift, and I only wore it for evenings out. Within a year the delicate white leather band separated, cracked and broke. I thought maybe it was sitting around a while so got it replaced through the authorized dealer. Ten wears later, so equivalent to less than two weeks if I wore it everyday, the same thing happens to the band - seperates and cracks. After a couple more wears that strap breaks. So I take it back to the repairs and now I am told the band isnt under warranty, you dont stock that white band anymore and I have to buy a black one at $45.00 or my watch is unwearable. I dont think this is right.

The Order of the online Shop stocked in the customs at the airport of Hongkong, because the customs doubt the value of the watch!! I was asked by Fedexx to send creditcards bills and order number for clarification and had to sign, that I will pay for all costs. Rare findings for a company from Denmark, as it’s highlighted everywhere. Obaku send me some emails regarding my complaints, but it didn’t accelerate it. I lost a lot of time and the watch came too later for an birthday present.
