A beautiful watch. Light and easy to wear. Obaku kept us aware of stock and shipping delays (due to COVID) so we could make informed choices about waiting, ordering something else or being refunded, and delivery was as smooth as possible in the circumstances.

Very good design but questionable materials used, as well as bad customer service for maintenance. I have 2 watches. Less than in 2 years, plating started fading away on one watch and the strap broke on another watch. I wrote to Cust service attaching photos that materials appeared to be not durable, and got a ridiculous reply telling me how durable their materials are (!) and how i need to polish them (plated surfaces, really?) and need to get a new strap - that appeared to be not for free and not all colours available. Very disappointing. I have been recommending Obaku to everyone around for several years, but regretting that now.

I found the customer service at Obaku to be outstanding. They dealt with me in a professional manner, but were also extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely shop with Obaku again as the quality of their products are excellent but reasonably priced.

I got one of their solar watches and I don't have a single complaint. The watch is sturdy, lightweight, I live in a sunny place so I never worry about the battery, and I get so many compliments about it. Lovely purchase all around.
