Excellent service. Fast action from contact to installation. Dale explained about the system through Zoom call, sent the quotation and finalised the deal. Lucy did all the paperwork and Neil coordinated the installation process. Installed the Solar panel system today (21 panels, 10 Kw Hybrid inverter, 11.52 Kwh battery, 6 Optimisers and Bird guard). Really pleased with the installation. Staff is very knowledgeable. Nick, Tom, Drew and Robert did the installation, they are very polite and helpful, fully explained the system. Excellent job through out, cleaned up and cleared all the rubbish. Now waiting for final paper work. I will highly recommend UK Solar Experts Ltd.

Craig was thorough with our initial zoom meeting. Although it was high pressure to buy the system as the price increased considerably the longer the delay. We did order a system with batteries and inverter. Staff, Inc. Lucy, helpful with calls. Initial installation date was cancelled. Now installed. Really pleased with the installation. Staff were polite and helpful and fully explained everything. Excellent job of clearing up and leaving no mess or rubbish behind. Top marks to Tom, Drew and Nick.System set up and further call from Lucy, now awaiting final paperwork to start earning some money back.

I had a Zoom meeting with James regarding solar panels and battery storage. James was very informative and I found the information very useful. Everything was explaining everything well and any questions were answered. What I found a little condescending was that everything they supplied was the best (maybe it is) on the market, and anything supplied by others was inferior, but I guess others have said similar. Eventually when we got to the costing of the system James explained that there is a "Buy Now Cost", a 3 day guarantee cost and a 14 day (I think) cost. James also explained that any cheaper quotation must be using inferior products, not sure that is necessarily the case to be honest. This is where the meeting went downhill quite quickly. I felt under pressure to commit as the cost increased quite dramatically depending how long I waited to potentially place an order. The difference in cost was about £4K if I waited rather than place an order immediately. James was obviously speaking to another colleague during this exchange and I explained I felt I was being pressured to make a purchase and felt uncomfortable. James said no pressure from him. I explained I was waiting for another quotation from another company and he basically said why, as it will only muddy the waters and he has all the answers to any questions I may have. I felt that the end of the meeting was like a double glazing sales tactics from the 80's. I did not enjoy the experience and the likelihood of purchasing from them is remote. Re-your response Andrew. It is good you have come back to the review I left. My response is as follows: The way the pricing was presented did not overwhelm me, it shocked me. No matter how you present it, a cheaper price for a “ buy it now” is putting a prospective purchaser under pressure. I definitely don’t understand how waiting a few days to make up my mind adds any extra costs to your quotation, never mind the thousands of pounds your rep quoted me. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at the pace of the meeting, just genuinely shocked at the high pressure tactics you employ. Your response just show that you don’t understand the way you conduct your sales patter is just wrong. No thank you, any contact with your company would be most unwelcome.

Tom Tom,Steven ,Nick all worked together well. This meant the job was completed well. All rubbish and any dust was cleared up well explained about system well. All in all from the friendly office staff to the end result was very professional as well as being polite

Great team work from Team Gru, Guy, Tom and Drew worked without fault to complete the installation. They went above and beyond to get the system installed. Couldn't be happier with my new solar panels. My only niggle is that I wish I had been informed during the Sells pitch that they couldn't put the 10 panels on the flat roof as they promised and that they couldn't mount them facing south as promised but the team have done a great job of sorting this out as best they can. Will totally recommend to family and friends.

I am leaving a 5 star review for UK Solar Experts because our solar panel/battery installation was well planned and the installation team worked a hard shift to get everything completed after an unfortunate delay to the start time which could not be helped. The engineer who designed our system did a great job beaking down in depth what we would need based on our leccy usage and how the system would work for us, and the cost breakdown was very transparent and reasonable. The guys onsite for the install were very professional and pleasant, and customer service has also been extremely good. I would recommend UK Solar Experts for all the above reasons,

I felt rushed into making a decision, was told that I have to decide in a few hours if I wanted it or not otherwise the prices are going up .Of course I didn’t believe that . I have made it very clear that this is my first quote and that I wanted to shop around for other quotations and that I didn’t like to rush into making a decision I might later regret . The whole point of a zoom meeting was for me to get information and a price I wasn’t told that I’ll have to decide instantly. My partner had a gp appointment and after one hour he excused himself and had to leave , James made a comment that I really didn’t like : oh , your partner found an excuse to leave the meeting . Disappointed really . If it’s to install panels it wouldn’t be with yourselves due to this reason ; felt forced and pushed to commit when I didn’t want to . I always like to take things easy and sleep on it making it sure that I make the right decision. Would have liked to be given time to think it through . The approach of the sales person was totally inappropriate , almost as an intimidation and I did not feel comfortable. Disappointing
