Well where do I start. UK solar experts i would highly recommend from our first meeting via zoom with Dale to the installation of our system was seamless. The fitters were very polite and cleared every think away and tided up after them. When we did need to call to ask questions and get advice Lucy was brilliant. I just wish someone had recommended UK Solar Experts to us years ago.

Dale provided a detailed and accessible presentation of the product and its benefits. He also gave a comprehensive breakdown of the quotation. Neil, Richard and Brad who lead the instillation were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They clearly explained the process of instillation and we agreed on site, the most effective siting of the battery and ev charger. They were very respectful of our home and cleared up after themselves. Highly recommended!

Dale and Craig had excellent service from the start, very informative about a topic I have very little knowledge about. They answered all questions promptly and within 14 days of deposit, their team were on site installing. Great bunch of lads to work with, Neil (electrician) was knowledgeable and constantly multitasking. Rob installing the panels cracked on and got the job all finished up with the day, nothing was too much trouble. Hope to work with you again in the future on more projects.

This company was the best there knowledge of solar power was excellent they were very professional and polite the work was carried out perfectly and they made sure all rubbish was taken away I would definitely recommend Dale and all the staff he has I am a very happy customer and have noticed a difference all ready 👍

A review should be honest. Otherwise, other people can't rely on it. And, these solar systems aren't cheap. I'll start by saying that I'm happy, now. Notice that I say "now". At one point, I wasn't happy at all. And in my first review I gave 1 star. Today, I'm updating my review to 4 stars. When things go smoothly and perfectly to plan, it's easy and natural to give 5 stars. We learn, from such reviews, that everything went well. What happens when something goes wrong? That's when we learn about the all important after sales service. The ongoing support and assistance that we need and expect with our investment? My installation didn't go smoothly. There was a problem with the delivery and a few other minor issues. Then, I couldn't get it to work properly. I became frustrated. I replied to their routine paperwork emails and I asked for help. I don't think that they read my requests for assistance. Looking back, this is understandable. They would have simply expected the return of the forms. I felt that I was being ignored. On a later telephone call, I did mention that I couldn't get it to work properly. I was told that it might be a day or two, but someone would come and sort it out. I didn't hear from them, and after 2 weeks I ran out of patience. I wrote to them. I was prepared to get someone else to come to sort it out. They seemed to be unaware that it wasn't working properly. I don't know why I was overlooked. The day they received my letter, everything changed. They arranged for someone to come the next day. The electrician quickly discovered that the inverter was faulty. Soon after it was replaced and it is working nicely. We're all the same. When something breaks or goes wrong, we want action. We want a company that we can trust to put things right in a timely fashion. UK Solar Experts gave me far better customer service than I expected. I felt that they were doing everything possible to make me happy with my purchase. The inverter was faulty out of the box. If anyone is to blame for that, it is the manufacturer. I think that it's reasonable for an installer to presume that a brand-new device would work properly. And, this particular fault wasn't at all obvious. If the inverter hadn't been faulty, out of the box, I wouldn't have had a problem and I would have given 5 stars. So, why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, whatever the cause, it took them longer than it should have to give me the help that I needed. I am very happy with the installation, now. I would love to give them 5 stars in this review. Their service was so very good. No matter how well they looked after me, there was two weeks of frustration. Or, to put it another way, even though their after sales service turned out to be exempulary, there was a period where I wasn't happy with what I had paid for. I had used a reputable company and yet I was worried and frustrated. I honestly believe that my unpleasent experience was an aberration. Unlikly to be repeated, and I have no hesitation in recomending them. I am confident that they will give the same, valuable, service to all of their customers.

Spent 15 minutes on Zoom with the boss Dale Gaucas as he tried to tell me about the solar system I needed - and apparently I "did his head in". No sale there then !! All very suspicious.

This has been one of the most enjoyable purchases I've ever made. Dale and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole journey an easy and simple process. The price was the best I'd had after speaking to some alternatives companies and the customer service beat the other companies by a country mile. All promises were upheld. I was a bit sceptical when I was told that the installation would only take a day but UK Solar Experts kept to the deadline and the Installation team were just as professional as Dale.
