The service provided by UK Solar Experts for our new solar panels has been really excellent. A competitive quotation fully broken down made it easy to compare different companies. We had to delay installation whilst we were on holiday but otherwise it would have been done within 2 weeks as promised. The installation carried out by Tom, Danny and Nathan was also very prompt, efficient and professional. Rubbish was all cleared away and Tom gave us a clear explanation of the system and how this is monitored using the app. The whole installation took half a day including new cabling in the house which was not straightforward but was done very neatly.

From the initial discussion with James D regarding packages and requirements for my property I have been impressed by the speed and efficiency of this company. I have had numerous questions, as Google blinds you with science, about the install and dealt with very pleasant and helpful staff over the phone. The excellent service continued with the scaffolding team who were brilliant. By install day which was quite stormy in the morning we had exceptional service from Tom and Dan. The attention to every detail installing the kit was fantastic! Not to mention the tech lesson at the end! It's been such a brilliant experience having the team here. Site cleared and cleaned, only clues being the panels on the roof! Very happy customer! Thanks to a great team of people!

I have been prevaricating about installing a solar panel system for some while and when I did finally take the plunge I was attracted to this company by their high Trust pilot rating. Craig was very patient and helpful and did his best to answer all my initial enquiries. He designed a 16 panel system with an 8kw battery for me and impressed me with a quote for a system that would eliminate my electricity bill. I paid my deposit and UK Solar Experts put the installation into high drive. However as occasionally happens [despite the best of intentions] things do go wrong. In short it was discovered that only 11 panels could be fitted and I felt very disappointed that I had been promised so much more and had in fact entered into a legal agreement for more. Following negotiation a smaller system was installed. Lucy showed her true worth in this and managed to provide a solution for the reduced install to proceed. She was tremendously helpful and put everything into providing a positive outcome for all. Ben and Sam installed the system and I was tremendously impressed with their hard work and professionalism. It now seems to be working well. I would not presume to tell experts how to do their job but I do wonder at the veracity of relying on Google Earth as a medium on which to base such an important contract. It seems to me that the concept has its limitations and that a better way needs to be found. Would I recommend this company - yes they are honest and diligent and I’m pleased with the reduced system.

Cannot recommend UK Solar Panels highly enough. With no knowledge of the solar panel market William was able to take us through our options; size of system, invertor and battery size along with projected savings. There was no hard sell. Once we made our choice and paid the minimal deposit everything was set in motion with Neil keeping us up to date on progress. On the day our fitters/electrician Tom H and Phil arrived early and worked long and hard to get everything finished in one day. A 20 panel system on both sides of the roof (10/10). All completed, all clean and tidy, by the time they left the only sign they had been here was the panels, which are working really well. We are now just waiting for the paperwork so that we can sell back to the grid, which is out of their hands. We are generating excess even on a cloudy day. From beginning to end the whole process took just 20 days.

Amazing work 5 star service definitely would recommend polite and on time nothing was to much trouble :-)

The whole process has been simple, efficient and super speedy. From the initial contact with Mark in sales to William who offsite built the system getting a delivery date booked in was simple. Then a big thank you to the lads who actually installed the system on a very hot day Tim, Jay and Charlie they were hardworking, polite and entertaining! Tim ran through the whole system in detail which was a real help. We must not forget Lucy who has been a great support and answered all our questions so far. Looking forward to the next stage and feeding into the grid and the benefits! Thank you all.

I am not directly a customer of UK Solar Experts. My neighbour had panels fitted to their roof. The UK Solar installation team left cable ties, screws, cardboard and two roof slates in my yard. They also trampled the flowers in my yard. I had to spend £40 on a roof inspection, which thankfully showed no damage, but my request for reimbursement has been ignored, despite me sending them three emails.

Highly knowledgeable Had a very quick call back from Dale, he is highly knowledgeable and gave me lots of insights on what to look for in a solar system. I personally am not progressing at this stage, however if I were to move forward, I would give these guys a call.

If things go wrong then this company is not looking to resolve it in your best interest. Avoid by a mile ... their price promise and back up are at best over optimistic and at worst deceptive .... AVOID

Just had batteries fitted by the guys and would definitely recommend this company as they are really helpful and professional, neat and tidy and most reasonable at prices.

Really good experience with a really professional company. Unlike other solar companies, these guys were able to spec up a competitively priced system virtually via video call, using their clever software. Installation was completed in less than 2 days and upon arrival the guys were able to order an extra solar panel at short notice and re-jig the configuration to get the most out of the sunlight (at no extra cost to us). Should be noted that these guys also use top of the range batteries and panels and we’ve had the system up and running for 2 weeks with excellent results. Best professional service I've received from company in a long while.

Ben and Andrew were very professional, tidy and informative. They installed batteries for our solar panels. The work was very tidy, no trunking and explained everything very CLEARLY and talked us through the app explaning it easily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
