The team that came to install our solar panels were brilliant. It was all completed efficiently and they cleared up after themselves leaving no waste. Special thanks to Guy the electrician who talked us through the whole process and set us up with our phone apps, Neil who managed the whole project, as well as the rest of the hard working team.

The fitters who needed to come on separate days, one for battery and then to install EPS switch, Ollie and Tom were excellent. did a super job. Found out battery doesn’t guite replace the electric used when running electric shower as this uses 8.5kwh, as invertor not big enough, but invertor good enough for everything else including kettle, washing machine and dishwasher on same time.

Tom and George were efficient and polite from the start. When they started to install our solar battery they found our original inverter had a fault on it and we had to replace it. A few phone calls later it was delivered and fitted by them. They helped us through the process on the phone and were quick and efficient throughout. Thanks to them both for getting us back on track.

Dale at UK Solar Experts did an excellent job of taking us through all the options for installing solar power at our property. He promised a speedy installation and he was true to his word. 7 days after agreeing to use his company we are up and running. The weather washed out any chance of working yesterday but today a full on effort by the team saw the work completed. Special thanks go to Danny, the fitter and Tom, the electrician, who led the team. They were very polite and friendly, answering any questions we had promptly. They then left the site clean and tidy. We are very happy with the whole experience and consider it money well spent.

I asked OVO for a quote and subsequently I had a phone call from this company, and that was followed up with a zoom call from one of their experts. After 90 minutes, he went through the breakdown of the cost, then came the hard sell! It was firmly emphasised that the earlier I signed up, the better their price would be, and that there were price increases in the pipeline, both for energy and components. When I said that I thought the estimate was high compared to friends and family's systems, and that I wanted to compare prices of other companies, I was told that if I couldn't take a day out to do research and get back to him I obviously wasn't serious about solar, even though I had made it clear from the outset that this was my first quote! I definitely won't be recommending or using this company!!!!

Excellent installation team led by Tom and Dan. The team worked very quickly and very safe in all they did. The team was courteous and respectful, they ensured the area was properly controlled and made sure all packaging was policed and removed from site on completion. Tom ensured that we were happy with the installation and took us through setting up the new software and showed us how to use the software. Really was a completely trouble free installation done by a professional 1st class team.

Ok, firstly I'm not a family/friend of the company nor have I been paid. I cannot fault this company from sales consultation on computer in my home (Craig) to head of Operations (Lucy) to the scaffolder they used and onto the installation team of Craig and Tommy (along with his younger helper) First class job, no mess, polite, customer first attitude. From the initial Zoom call Dale and his staff were very efficient, giving a very detailed quote, which we have never had before, which was excellent. The installation team of Tom, Dan and Nathan were excellent, tidying up everything before they went. Tom fully explained the Fox App and made sure I understood it, which was very reassuring.
