Explained everything he would be doing before he started and then started his job. When completed Daniel Explained everything once it was set up and working. Very easy to connect to my phone etc.

United Kingdom | 30 April 2024Lit fibre is amazing. I've had it for a few weeks before reviewing. The difference between 30-50Mbs to 100Mbs is like light and day. Goodbye circle of death while streaming and in FHD. The speed is stable and roughly the same up and down. Daniel my engineer was very efficient from linking the cable from the nearest pole to my property then, inside installation was very clean and tidy and from start to finish it was less than a couple of hours. Everything was set up and tested and for the first time in years I finally have a great stable broadband signal at a price that should scare the competition to death. I can't recommend LIT highly enough if they're in your area sign up without hesitation. Customer service was also great when I found I needed 2.4Mhz connection for smart plugs as well as 5Mhz for broadband, that was all sorted in 10 minutes. Definitely 5 Star company

Cyprus | 30 April 2024Rang up to get broadband in new flat, after being bombarded with letters, knocks on door and texts. Only to be told my email isn't recognised, so they can't install or go any further. Tried to complain only to be lied to and treated like a mug! 4 phone calls and still zero action or inclination to do anything.... awful company with awful customer service!

I came across Lit Fibre a few years ago and from installation to renewal of contract I have found them to be excellent, nothing is too much trouble- highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 29 April 2024- they gave me installing date 08:00 - 10:00 and I called them at 08:30 to check when that person was planning to show up but it seemed he wasn't planning to show up at all, when I called the first time the customer service said that they will give me a call in the next 15 or 20 minutes, and after one and half hour I called them for them to say that they are unable to come because the engineer's car broken down. that was at 10:20 now I have 5 days later date lets see if this rating will go down or up. there was no communication and if I didn't call to ask no one would of called me ****************************************************************** UPDATE on the 3rd of May Luke showed up on time and started working on the installing , he had to call for assets and Mike and Karl showed up, nice people, it took them 3 hours to get the job done. very nice and friendly people, they are the reason for the review to go up!
