Well what can I say... this is the first time my area was able to get full fibre to the premise (FTTP). I took the dive and decided to get rid of my current landline (as we no longer use the landline phone) and go full fibre. Lit had only started to install FTTP and for the price I thought I'd give it a try. Well, I'm so glad I did. From the moment I booked to the moment I was using it, I've never had better customer service. Everyone I spoke to was so lovely and supportive, the engineers that came to install were amazing and very helpful and professional. I had to have groundworks done due to a collapsed duct, but everything was explained and was so smooth. I changed my mind on the optional extras, with no questions asked, literally no questions. Everyone was so happy to help. I cannot recommend this company enough, and keep the great working going. Lit Fibre is amazing!!!! Oh... and the performance is fantastic, better than I thought. It's been over a month now and still just as good if not better...

Had my service installed today by Chris and he was wonderful. He had no issue running the line into the building via an unusual route and didn't leave until the service was fully up and running. Speeds running as expected and happy with the performance, getting my 1gbps as expected.

Router not connecting, tried resetting several times now and still the router showing red

I booked my installation for a day I had a clash (fully my fault) I called Lit on Sunday morning asking if there was anything they could do. Within half an hour they rang back and said yes we can come tomorrow morning (bank holiday!) incredible! Daniel was the installer and done in under two hours. Really clean worker and happy to explain and discuss what he was doing When I left my previous provider they warned me against “these low cost providers as they have bad customer service”. So far the actual best people I’ve dealt with !

The call handler was polite and the whole process took minutes

I have never felt so well treated in a call service, even with my difficulty speaking English well. Congratulations on your care and patience with the customer.

The service is down yet their website says no issues. A bit of a joke that they can’t figure out when their service is down.

Just had lit fibre installed by Yusif. It was a quick (under 2 hours) and painless experience, which was undertaken without our existing internet being taken down. Initial speeds are at least twice as good as out existing supplier, so all excellent so far!

Great Customer Service, with an unscripted human on the end of the line. Rick was very polite and professional and extra helpful.

We had an unfortunate issue where our garden got too enthusiatic with the hedge trimmer and cut through our fibre run into our property. After contacting Lit Support, they arranged rather quickly for an engineer to come next day to patch the cable to allow us to continue to have internet whilst a fibre run replacement was arranged. I am very impressed with the level of service received and the comms following on from this incident.

Yusif was really polite, professional friendly, really informative & helpful. I have had problems with installations with other providers but Yusif worked hard & diligently to make sure he could get me online. He is an absolute superstar, I cannot fault him at all. I am one very happy customer!
