United Kingdom | 15 March 2024I have had Lit Fibre for a year now and it has only gone down twice, the first time I turned the router off when on holiday and it could not apply an update, the other after a server upgrade but was fixed later the same day. You can always speak to someone on the phone without a tedious wait. I have just renewed for another two years so speaks for itself. Overall highly rated compared to my previous supplier.
