Really glad we changed to lit fibre the installation only took just over an hour. Our wi fi is much quicker and a lot cheaper than our previous supplier. The two engineers Ryan and Colin who fitted our wi fi were really friendly helpful informing us throughout the installation. They did the job to a high standard if lit are in your area I would highly recommend them.

I've had Lit Fibre since January after moving from "Sky FTTC" broadband, I have not looked back. Stable connections, fantastic ping times, generally very pleased with the service and Lit Fibre as my ISP. I had a small issue yesterday so called Lit Support, literally after about 1 ring the phone was answered by a very polite technician. Very helpful, and resolved my issue within minutes. They asked if they could call me back once they confirmed their end and within a couple of minutes they call to confirm all is well. Other company's could learn a lot from Lit Fibre!! I found "Vanya" extremely professional, polite and friendly. You really couldn't get better service. Thank you Vanya!!

Really pleased with Lit Fibre - the installation was really simple and only took about an hour, and my WiFi is massively improved compared to the well-known big supplier I was with previously - and about a third of the price too! Massive thanks to Ryan and Colin who looked after the installation and were friendly, courteous and did the job to a high quality with no fuss. If you're feeling frustrated with your current supplier, and Lit are in your area, I'd definitely recommend giving them a go!

Very helpful easy to understand

Our lit engineer today was Tom. He came to lay the cable from the road to the house and was very helpful and very pleasant and polite he wasn't here too long and was a very clean worker. All the other staff that we have had contact with are also very pleasant and helpful. A very nice company to do business with.

Yusif our installer was super helpful and great job - was understanding of not making extra holes in the wall, polite and did a great job.

Great installation and service from lit. My engineer (Luke B) was very friendly, and talked through everything that was happening. He ran into some issues feeding the fiber cable through, but pressed on with a thicker cable guide and got it installed. 10/10 Service

Telephoned as our dog had chewed through the fibre optic cable in our house! Rick was very helpful from the beginning of the conversation. Even though the issue is not the fault of Lit fibre I am awaiting a call back as they are trying to get a tech to me before the next available date showing on their system.

Luke B, our fibre installer called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Luke was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and took great care and pride in his work. Luke talked us through each step and tested the speed in front of us. He was respectful of the property and the end result is amazing. Thank you for taking us out of the dark ages of copper.

Chose Lit after reading all the great reviews on here, not sure why I've had such a difficult time with them, was really looking forward to the lit500 package. Bought a broadband package from Lit, they promised that they could get an engineer around for installation at a convenient time for me as I work full time. I informed them I would have to take a days holiday as the appointments are only Mon to Fri. Appointment was confirmed for 2/3 weeks away. On the morning of the scheduled appointment they rang to cancel. I was a bit put out as I had taken annual leave and arranged my previous broadband to be disconnected the next day. They asked to reschedule and said they ONLY have ONE available slot and it was for 3 days later so I had no choice but to accept this new appointment date. 3 days later they EMAIL me to cancel the rescheduled appointment AGAIN on the morning of the day and say their next available date is 6 days away! I told them I cannot continously waste days off from work to then wait to find out on the day that I am still without broadband. I cancelled the whole order. Very disappointed.

Very impressed with the workmanship and from engineer Steve. His attention to detail is spot on. Very polite also and informative. Five stars every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Thanks mate.

Lit Fibre Broadband installed today by Peter who was on time, courteous and efficient. He carried out the install in a little over 2 hours, routing cables and positioning the hub etc. in the locations requested. All his work was carried out in a tidy and measured way leaving no room for complaint. The system is up and running and everything seems absolutely fine. Obviously this is day one and day one is definitely a five star day!
