United Kingdom | 20 March 2024I've been using Lit Fibre 500 now for a few months and as a busy family of 8 with many devices using the connection we are very happy with both the Internet service and the customer service. We had our installation carried out by Daniel who was fantastic and professional. Daniel was polite and accommodating when arranging the visit to our house, once here he made sure we were happy with every aspect of the work he was doing, he was clear in explaining how to set up the service and thorough in making sure the service was running soundly before leaving. The connection is solid and fast as promised by Lit, and as the customer face of the service Daniel is a credit to the company. Thank you Lit and thank you Daniel.

The service from Lit has been smooth and swift and to be honest I've never been treated as well from any other supplier. A definite thumbs up from me.

Not only was Nick really helpful and clear with his information the first time I called; when I wanted to double-check with my old provider before committing, I was able to call back and speak to him again, and we could pick up where we left off.

United Kingdom | 19 March 2024My engineer Steve, dropped by today to install my Internet. He noticed a problem straight away where the duct was blocked over. But he soon sorted the issue and got the cable though and got my Internet up and running. Very impressed with clean and tidy job.

United Kingdom | 17 March 2024Lit knocked on door offering broadband connection. I was excited to help a smaller provider investing in the area, as an alternative to the usual providers. I signed up. Engineer turned up a week later, as arranged which was good. We did the survey and we discussed the route. Whilst this was happening another Lit engineer was looking at the external route. Conclusion was that my existing connection was a buried cable, from the chamber to the house and did not have a cable duct, so they couldn't do the connection. I was advised to call the help line the following day and I was told that they couldn't do the installation and would cancel my order. If Lit want to build their network, they should also consider that not all homes in the area are a simple pull cable from chamber through duct to house and connect job, some will require some excavation to lay their cables. This is what my current provider did and I'm disappointed that Lit wouldn't even offer this, even if it delayed my installation by a few weeks. One star for the investing in the area, another star for arranging appointment within a week but lose 3 stars for not fully committing to provide service to a home without the necessary infrastructure. Update:4 April 2024 Lit did reach out on 18Mar via Trustpilot like they said they would. I sent back my details the same day and it's been over 2 weeks and no one from Lit has contacted me. So my original view still stands that they only do the easy installs. I have dropped a star because I could get an installation within a week but it's now been over 2 week and Lit still have not gotten in contact with me with results of its review. If they still don't want to do the install that's fine but I feel they should at least contact me to let me know after reaching out for my details. It now appears to me that the request for my details via Trustpilot is a bog standard response to the Trustpilot community, that they care - I'm a little wiser now!

The support team were also very responsive and quickly resolved a mistake I had made when ordering my internet package.
