It was easier to book online and confirmed by email straightaway.Reminder was issued on the morning and the engineer called and confirmed the arrival time half an hour before. Engineer was friendly and very professional with his assessment. The certificate was emailed soon after. I'm very satisfied with the service and definitely use them in the future and recommend them.
