My experience of Multicerts is through John Lavelle. He deserves the full 5 stars. The reason being that he sent me a reminder that the gas safety check was due; we arranged a visit within the week; he arrived at the time he said and he completed the check thoroughly, including the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. All this at a very reasonable price. Throughout he was courteous and respectful of the property. I would definitely recommend him.
