There was a typographical error made by the applicant and he only caught it after the information was submitted. We emailed LS to update the mistake and they are not able to. Client would have to spend another $45 to redo the application. We went to another company. I'm not sure I will continue using them in the future for my clients.

I could get a credit check quickly for tenant 1. Tenant 2 had issues that sent here to TransUnion. We never did figure out what that meant. Tried to change E-mail for Tenant 2, but the system would not let me change it a second time. (1st was to correct typo) Ultimately she had to show me copies of her credit report another way.
