We emailed LS to update the mistake and they are not able to. Client would have to spend another $45 to redo the application. We went to another company. I'm not sure I will continue using them in the future for my clients.

Tried to change E-mail for Tenant 2, but the system would not let me change it a second time. (1st was to correct typo) Ultimately she had to show me copies of her credit report another way.
