Excellent service from purchase to delivery. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the various pros and cons of the washing machine makes and their after service. Very comprehensive run through of the one I decided to buy. The guys who delivered managed to get the appliance into an awkward space and ready for use. Great service from everyone. You will be my first port of call every time!

Great experience from the start. Graham took time to show us all the fridge freezers we were interested in and advised honestly on pros and cons of each. Brian and Graham rang before the pre arranged delivery slot to let us know they were coming. They removed the old unit and gave us plenty of time to clean before installing the new item. They made sure everything was working, level and that we were satisfied. Installing was quick and the guys were friendly and left the kitchen nice and clean. Highly recommend shopping experience. Excellent service from Brian and Graham. My fridge, freezer and vacuum cleaner were delivered and fitted to a superb standard. Brian & Kieran arrived on time and were most courteous, respecting my property and me as their customer. Their very considerable knowledge was evident as they set about removing my old fitted-microwave before installing the replacement. As always, a job can be quite tricky when one has to work out how the original product had been installed…but Brian & Kieran took it all in their stride, making positive comments as they worked diligently. We were most impressed, so much so we would not hesitate to use Stuartwestmoreland company again…a diamond company with great staff, right in the heart of Melton Mowbray. Absolutely terrific.

It was a very difficult job fitting my new washing machine owing to the position in my kitchen and the difficulties getting it into position, which included pulling out the dishwasher first. Brian and Graham did a really good job with the minimum of mess and in good humour.

The sales person was really helpful and knowledgeable and arranged a quick delivery for me. Kieran and Brian were on time, friendly and very efficient.
