My daughter takes English classes with Josie sir from last 1 year. What can I say, her English has massively improved and she is now confident with assignments. My daughter always looks forward fir her classes with Josie sir and tells that he is her favorite teacher among all the tutors. We didn't like their classes, as software had bugs and question had typos and not representative of SAT exams, requested refund almost 1 year ago still waiting to get any refund. they promised to give refund in 2 weeks, sent number requests in email and whats app to reps no help.

I am recently started Turito for my son.so far I’m happy with their classes are very helpful for him. I feel he likes with teachers and the way they teach.

Our association with Turito started in 2023 as a recommendation from our family friend . We experienced immense problems in the early stages of our journey where we had multiple last minute class cancellations, false promises , lots of system issues , difficulty logging on to the portal , lack of communication from and also within Turito , where we spoke to different people every time spent hours on the phone with them every week trying to resolve the issues , raising multiple complaints and escalations which had no successful outcomes. All this made us question & regret our decision of signing up with them & we nearly decided to quit & informed Turito of our decision. We were assured yet again & requested to give them one last chance & were assigned a dedicated account manager whose name was Vikrant Singh & he would be our GO TO PERSON for everything at Turito and he will ensure that our experience is nothing but the best . Vikrant made sure he very patiently heard the entire experience & all the issues we faced with Turito , he was extremely emphatic, acknowledged the issues & assured me that they will be addressed to ASAP . He sourced few of the best tutors at Turito who were absolutely wonderful & my son had a great time learning & was extremely happy with each and every one of them. He has all the qualities of an outstanding manager one should possess which includes but not limited to being approachable , pleasant to interact with , kind , patient listener , extremely emphatic, very apologetic, very helpful, very understanding and has great problem skills. He not only promised but made sure he kept upto his word of turning our extremely poor & negative experience to a highly positive one.
