The application has several positive aspects, including its features and services. However, there are areas that require improvement. Firstly, the visibility of cancelled classes should be addressed to avoid clutter. Secondly, teachers need to be more proactive in following up with homework assignments. Lastly, the app should seamlessly handle timing adjustments during daylight savings changes. I appreciate the idea of having representatives, as they are supportive and contribute to a smooth experience. 😊

I am pretty happy with the quality of teachers and the software used to teach a students. The performance has been generally good for the software both from an audio and video point of view. I would also like to appreciate my Relationship Manager Eva, as she is always been very kind and respective and is always willing to work with the parents to make it comfortable.

To start with they were good. When you pay the fees for a month or so things are fine but then it takes a u turn. No one responds, you email them you need to wait for 20 days to get a response. They assign a manager to handle your account who never picks up the phone. No accountability whatsoever. Now they have changed the class timing from 1 hour to 45 minutes with no intimation to the parents.

My Son is with Turito. Teachers and Admin both are helpfull.

Stay away from them. Don't listen to the promises from the sales person and don't commit for anything more than you actually need. There is no refund ( even if they say, its a lie. I lost 500+$ to them). Also get ready for barrage of Phone calls, whatsApp messages and email from there marketing team (Even after saying multiple times to add me to do-not-disturb list).

I have enrolled my kids for math classes, but discontinued after a few sessions due to some personal reasons. Prior to our enrollment, Turito had agreed to refund the remaining fees. However, upon requesting the refund, they have shown their original color by being unresponsive to our calls and emails. After multiple attempts for more than a month they said they can give only credits as refund and I need to use them for classes again which is not possible. They will try to dilute the situation by saying that we are trying our best for providing refund money but they never try for it. They do this fraud in UTMOST TRANSPARENT way. I urge others not to waste their hard-earned money here. Despite the lowest rating being 1, I reluctantly give them this score, although they do not even deserve that. If you still enroll your kids after reading this review then be prepared to put a similar review here.

We had a demo class, but we didn't like it. The next day, we received a call from the admin team, to which we responded by saying that we didn't want to proceed. However, since then, we have been receiving multiple calls every day at 7 pm, 9 pm, and throughout the day. Are you guys kidding me? This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Please leave us alone, as we are not interested.

Since January 2024, my children have been utilizing this online platform. However, we have encountered issues with the English tutor due to frequent internet disruptions, resulting in class interruptions. I reached out to RM (Srujan Tej) requesting a change of tutor or a refund. Despite creating multiple tickets, sending emails, and text messages, we have not received any response for the past three weeks. They have not taken action to either change the tutor or refund my money. Additionally, there is no available contact information for escalation. This experience feels like a scam, and I cannot recommend this online platform. Save your money and explore other options. Since negative stars aren't an option, I'm giving a rating of 1.

My son joined Maths class with Turito. The tutor Supreet Malik has been helpful throughout the sessions. My son is able to clear his doubts and his maths has improved too. Tutors matter a lot when you join such online platforms and that is the good part for us too.

We before joining Turito, they called us for every one hour everyday and asked to join for Math classes.. so I paid in online $650 in advance towards 100 Math classes for my son.. But the tutor is not available at any time.. and there is no proper communication on the schedule as well.. when we are asking the refund the customer support is not providing the refund and instead they are saying as per policy they cannot provide the refund... His name is SYED AQEEB AHMED senior manager customer support as per his LinkedIn profile.. I lost my hard earned money.. I recommend not to go for TURITO..
