He heavily influenced my writing by educating me with the fundamentals of English, to writing various types of sentences. Good thing about Tutito is that the teachers are capable and supportive. Bad thing is lagness in the support you get from Turito if you are facing any issue. You have to make mulple request, calls and escalate to further levels to get it resolved. No system to take of customer complaints and lackluster attitude if the team .

My experience with Turito has been very good, particularly due to the efforts of our coordinator, Akhila.She is consistently accessible to accommodate class rescheduling or cancellations and addresses any concerns promptly.

My son is doing science class now with Vanshika. Initially he was not interested but showing improvement now. Vanshika was a great tutor and checks if the students have lost interest -she would try to make it interesting. Akhila has been great in responding

Th se guys are big cheaters. Stay away with them. They promised to refund the money if we don't like class. They took $ 440 for Sat classes after 2 classes we reported that we don't like and requested for a refund. They never refunded. They took the money and not responding STAY away from these chaters

Teacher are good according to teachings and their nature. But there are some problems with reschedule classes. There are problems in management while rescheduling canceled classes and gets miscommunicated.

It's been 2 months since we registered with Turito and the service is excellent, very good follow ups and good teaching staff. However need to improve little in terms of communication/notifications between turito teacher and student. Thanks.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of progress and communication regarding a refund issue with Turito, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including emails and calls to Turito's customer service team, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution. It has been an agonizing six weeks since the initiation of the refund request, and I am left in a state of uncertainty and frustration. My initial interactions with Turito's representatives during the admission process were marked by aggressive marketing tactics and promises of quality service. However, the stark contrast between those assurances and the subsequent lack of responsiveness and accountability is deeply concerning. I reached out to assigned Customer Relationship Manager, Nithin Verma, and an alternative contact, Bhagyashree many times, but unfortunately, all my efforts have been in vain. Even after raising the issue through official channels and receiving acknowledgment, there has been no follow-up or resolution. In light of this ongoing issue and Turito's failure to address it satisfactorily, I am considering escalating my concerns through public platforms. Transparency and accountability are fundamental in any business relationship, and it is disheartening to experience such a disregard for customer satisfaction.

It’s been 3 months since we registered our both kids on Turito tutoring service. It’s been a really great journey from onboarding untill now,the tutors are very interactive and they keep consistently about kids status and their follow up regarding completion of homework is great. I can see a lot of progress with both my kids Year 7 and Year 3 in terms of their focus and their discipline towards completing the work given. Teachers Mansi Dudi and Mattela Spandana are great for Year 3

This is really helpful for my children, the course material is good, teachers give regular homeworks, which helps to make the concepts clearer. Easy to reschedule or cancel lessons if required.

The is helpfull in giving the time slots. They help work around with the tutor. The tutors are very good. They ask regular feedbacks and help us in child's development.

Update- 18 March is when Turito responded to my trust pilot review saying they will escalate it immediately. Nothing has happened since and no one has contacted me to resolve anything. This company has absolutely no idea of how to deal with customer grievance, close to 6 months now since I was advised I would receive a refund but nothing thus far. STAY AWAY and save yourself from dealing with joke of a company!!!! We had a good experience to start with but it all went downhill when we had to change the tutor (as the tutor was no longer available for the timeslots that worked for us), we went thru trials with other tutors who would have their family sitting with them chit chatting while they were online with our child, seeing the quality of tutors slide we decided to discontinue the classes and were assured the remainder classes would be refunded. Its been 5 months now since we were told that our money would be refunded within 4-6 weeks. I kept chasing Turito to advise that they didnt have my bank details to refund the money but I kept being told that someone will get in touch.
