They have an auto-generated response that says somebody will contact you for this review but it's a big lie as I have been chasing them for the last 2 months about my refund because me and my child had the worst experience with Turito and they are very unprofessional and no words to describe them This is my second review hoping that a human will reach out to me.

Sai Kiran is very polite, patient and communicates well and is prompt in responding to all the queries . We have wonderful experience with Sai as a relationship manager who understands the parents as well as child’s requests and respect them. We wish Sai Kiran all the best & success in his career.

Worst customer support and no option to cancel online each time I contact them they will say escalating to priority team but no one address your issue

They agree if child don’t like the Tution they will refund straight away. We are chasing refund from more than 2 months but no sign. Same answer that we will refund you soon. Fraud company. ----------- Same answer to all the feedback. how many days I have to wait. I have waited 2 months.

It has been a great experience with Turito for the last 8 months as all Tutors are well experienced and qualified especially with the Australian curriculum and recently we have been taking sessions from Monisha Gupta and it has been a pleasure. Special thanks to Saikiran who helped us with the renewal process very much.

It's been over 6 months since we registered with Turito and my experience has been great so far. This is our first time using online classes and I was not sure in the beginning if it was going to be any better than normal face to face coaching but it turned out very well. We had a Demo class and we were not sure about the 1st Tutor. Considering my feedback Turito arranged another Demo and the 2nd Tutor (Kaveer Singh) was great! He adjusted the classes as per my son's availability and has been very helpful and flexible with any ongoing rescheduling. My son has improved a lot in Math. His teacher, Kaveer Singh, is very knowledgeable. Turito will help your child in a well organised online setting. I am very happy with Turito. Their friendly admin team responds promptly and will help you to resolve any queries and any ongoing issues and it is lot cheaper than traditional face to face, in person coaching classes.

The classes were not booked . I received no updates on the login and finally upon checking I was given 3 different versions of why the classes did not begin . They have gone completely silent on me and I am yet to receive my refund. I have been following up to get my money back constantly with no response .

My son has been taking Maths tutions from Mr Kaveer Singh for class 11 and 12. Kaveer explains the topics clearly and also helps him to solve complex problems. It has really helped me son to have a clear understanding of the class 11 and 12 maths fundamentals.

I have a good experience with Turito so far. My son is based in Australia & getting tutored for Advanced Maths year 10 from the Indian tutor. Tutor is giving good explanations to my son. My son can discuss problems with the tutor. He has a good rapport with the tutor. Tutor is very knowledgeable. My son got A grades at school in the Advanced Maths this semester, due to good experience with Turito.

I have very poor experience booking class with turito. their tutors are not prepare for class. for first grade students sometime they are going for 2nd grade course sometime they giving them kindergarten work. class is never start on time. their IT team is not proper.it is one hour class but kids hardly learns 20 minutes because system is not supporting, they need to work hard for their platform. it is complete waste of time and money. teacher manager and application everything is poor. 1 view
