I bought a car online with mercland I dealt with vish great customer service he even sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in I waited around ten days for delivery as the car was being prepared the only downside was after the car was delivered the next day I had a fault with the car I did get 6 months warranty. Which is good because when I called up I spoke to Janki to have the problem rectified the next day my car was collected and I received a courtesy car I have now received my car and it seems to be fine at the moment.

I have had many cars of MERCLAND, and they are a pleasure to deal with. You never have a problem with them, and by chance if you do, it is rectified straight away. I have had some of main dealers, and if you have a problem , then it’s an argument. 14 years we have been having car’s from them and there service has been second to none. Many Thanks Mercland. Brilliant straight forward and honest!

I had so many problems with the car I bought from them spent over 2k in repairs with the main dealership battery changed replaced some none genuine suspension parts and had problems with the adblue system as well called them to sorted out as the car was still under warranty with them the lad on the phone said we can replace the nox sensor at the cost price Travelled all the way form Newcastle just to be told they don’t replace nox sensor!!! Very disappointed with the after sale service once they take your money they not even interested taking to you just be careful their 6 months warranty not even worth the paper it was written on

I enjoy Mercland because there is a wonderful choice of second hand cars, many of which I can actually afford! The obvious detailing of the preparation is really good to see these days. On the two occasions that I have been on site I have very much enjoyed the experience and the attention given. My only problem is that I am spoilt for choice.

Avoid this company as they lie about cars then when you have a problem they don’t want to help

I’m not happy at all with Mercland the premises were like a scrap yard not at all like the video I watched advertising mercland, the person who delt with me hardly spoke she wasn’t pleasant and the car had no diesel in it at all the fuel gauge never moved. Not a nice experience at all 😟😟
