United Kingdom | 24 June 2024From our initial inquiry until the delivery of our beautifully prepared new M class the team were amazing. Sophia was our first point of contact and although new to the company was delightful to deal with and made an effort to find answers to questions she didn’t know off hand. We purchased the car remotely and the team were clearly well versed at working this way. We were sent a very detailed video of the interior and exterior of the car. The car was prepared to a high standard and anything required was handled, in our case the car had a full service and required 2 new tire. Vish finalised the deal for us and sorted out all the paperwork. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and also great to deal with. The car was delivered to us the following day completely free of charge. Like many we have had issues in the past with used car company’s but dealing with Mercland was a completely different feel and a totally pleasurable experience which dissolved any stress and anxiety in purchasing a used car. Thanks Mercland for supplying us with a stunning car. See you in about 4 years

Still waited for my to approve a cost. Also was missing a part under the left door light cover. I’m still waiting for an update.

United Kingdom | 20 June 2024Was a little sceptical about mercland until I arrived at the premises. Once there all fears and scepticism vanished. Although it was very busy I was dealt with in very professional manner and the service I received you could not fault. Car E350 estate was ready for me to take out on a test drive as requested the previous day. After a good test drive and walk around the car I purchased the vehicle. Took the option of a home delivery and car has been delivered today 19/6 as agreed. Everything that the car needed, refurb of alloys, service, mot etc have all been done. Overall could not fault the service provided by mercland and would not hesitate to recommend to others. I shall be returning when I next look at changing my car. Special shout out to Ksan who delivered my car. only just started at mercland. Was a bit rabbit in the headlights but he'll get there. Was abily supported by a long term employee who showed him the ropes of what to do when delivering a car. Great work from the pair of them. Loving my purchase. 👍👍👍

United Kingdom | 18 June 2024Terrible car and even worse service. Terrible car and even worse service. Just for balance I bought a car from Mercland about 8 years ago. It has been absolutely fine. I'm still driving it at 200,000 miles. I decided to buy another car from them in October last year. The car I bought last October developed a red engine light after one day of using it. I phoned Mercland, to say they were not bothered is an understatement. I paid nearly £14,000 for the car. I took it to a local dealer who plugged it in. It was a nitrogen exhaust sensor that needed changing. The fault had been repeatedly archived before! I love the stickers all over the car saying it had been mercland quality checked. What a joke. I had to take a days annual leave so I could take the car back to Nuneaton from Yorkshire for the part to be fitted. Not a cheap repair according to the mechanic. The worse thing was the service. Janki the manager is probably the worse person I have dealt with in many years. Rude, dismissive, angry......I could go on. She made me feel like it was my problem, my fault and I was just an inconvenience. No one ever said sorry about this. The car was initially delivered in driving rain. When the weather improved it had multiple significant chips in the windscreen. Mercland looked at them when the car was back in the garage and said they had all been suitably repaired in the past, despite it looking like it had been machine gunned. A few months later one developed in to a massive crack across the windscreen. The car then developed other issues. It leaked oil on the new resin drive. The radio did not work properly. Constantly re-set itself so that traffic alerts came on. Start stop function never worked. My favourites fault was it used to say on the dashboard intermittently that it was missing a front wheel! I bought the car last October for nearly £14K and I've just traded it in for £8,000. I have never hated a car as much in my life. Made all the better by Janki's fantastic customer service. Thanks Mercland. I'll never be using you again.

United Kingdom | 17 June 2024Pretty easy company to work with , easy payment process, the delivery driver was a pleasant and helpful man , looked great when arrived and nearly half tank in it . The next day started straight away smooth ride etc was really impressed, there was abit of a mark/damage on the door inside where there’s a little rip mark , and the handbrake is stuck every morning, but mercland have done a video about how to take it off if it’s sticking so not the end of the world just a pain ,that being said it is a 10 year old car but looks amazing and performs well so overall 5 star id recommend
