Looking at the reviews, their Facebook, their website instilled me with confidence of a friendly, family run business. From the first email to the delivery and (to no fault of their own) the aftercare justified that confidence. They provided a video zooming in on items I requested and answered all questions without me feeling they were hiding something. The aftercare is where most places fall flat. You’ve bought the car and that’s all they care about (or even if under warranty claim it’s not covered). Not here. I messaged with the issue and they were quick to respond and picked the car up at my convenience. I wasn’t without a car as they even supplied a courtesy car. This is my first Mercedes and I can safely say that when it comes to upgrade time, Mercland will be my first and probably only stop. Next time I may even go there personally to put names to faces and meet the team personally. Lovely, clean C Class. Well done to all, you made this a great experience!

I contacted the dealership by using their online chat. After few exchanges I was contacted by one of the sales team who described the car. I then made arrangements to visit the dealer. The car was well described, it was a 66 plate convertible, I asked for a small area of paint work to be tied up which was agreed with the price and the car was delivered to my door a week later, good communication throughout

Overall the experience was good. Process of reserving online was easy. The car I purchased was exactly what I was looking for and reasonably priced. Some scratches on the body work, however the team ensured that these were fixed by delivery. Delivery was scheduled over a bank holiday weekend and had to be rescheduled very late on the Friday, which was a little disappointing as the communication wasn’t great on that day, however this was rearranged for the Monday. When the car arrived the driver was very friendly and knowledgable about the process, even helping to get the car taxed before he left. The car looked great and the work to the bumper and wheels looked fantastic. Overall the experience was good, and I would recommend.

It's not often a company just does everything right but I can say, this was my experience with Mercland. Not pushy, really helpful and did everything they said they would.
