Response and service was good. Communication after I choose the vehicle and signed was not great, because I thought the car was sold to another client. Car very neat. I hope after sales is going to be much more better, because Aftersales is the major thing in a business. I have recommended Mercland to friends n family. I hope we continue to do business going forward because I am a Mercedes Benz person.

Great service, delivery and car was in good condition. A few small annomolies I pointed out were resolved and was delivered the car quicker thn the prescribed time.

The experience initially was good in as much Mercland have an extensive range of products, covering all styles and budgets. So if your after a good second hand Merceedes, then this is the place to come. Saw a low mileage 4x4 which suited me fine, used the online system to reserve the vehicle which worked well and arranged a visit, to check the vehicle out and have a test drive. Liked the car so agreed to purchase but like all second hand vehicles had a few concerns like two tyres were illegal, engine management light on, so made a list of items requiring attention and arranged a collection date. At this time also took out a 2 year RAC warranty which i thoroughly recommend. Service from the sales guy Vish was absolutely superb and came away a very happy bunny. Came to the collection day, Checked all the issues rsised and found all seemed to have been completed and to my amasement all 4 tyres for had been changed rather than the 2 needed, and the EML concern seemed to have been fixed. However after 3 days of ownership the Engine management light came back on so spoke to the service manager who stated he had fitted a new nox sensor and reset so all should be fine. As Mercland was quite a distance away, i took the car to the local RAC approved repairer who run a diagnostics check and found that the Nox sensor was inoperable. So pleased to say he got it sorted under warranty at a cost of around £500 but kept the sensor to show me as this had not been replaced by Mercland as advised by the dervice engineer and was clearly some years old. So it did take the shine off what would have been a 5 star review.

From the initial salesman, to them handing me the keys to the car.... totally professional!...I aim to have a long term relationship with mercland as I will be using them for my annual servicing needs...so far so good this review will be updated accordingly.

Picked up from train station, driver was friendly and he sorted all the documents out and handover of car. All round pretty good experience.

From the first contact I was impressed with a full description of the car and on arrival at Mercland I was met by Vish and true to his word the Mercedes exceeded my expectations, we agreed a part exchange. I was surprised that they were able to inform me the car was ready for collection early, which as I had an important journey to undertake was most helpful. Not only had the car been serviced and had been issued with a new Mot. I received a sat nav module, warranty 6 months, half a tank of fuel and the car had been valeted to a immaculate standard. Three weeks after I received a call to make sure we were satisfied. Why cannot other garages give such service. We are very happy to recommend Mercland and give them 5 stars.

I've always been wary of buying a car over the phone from a dealer so far away from my home in Aberdeenshire, but Mercland have proved that they are a car dealer you can trust. They made a personal video of the car for me, answered all the questions I had about it and arranged delivery. The car arrived on time and in the condition they described. Some unforeseen issues did appear after I got the car but again Mercland dealt with them professionally and without fuss. Would I buy another Mercedes from Mercland? Absolutely, but they will have to wait a while as I'm very happy with the one I have.

Fair price for what they offer. Had issues with battery when I bought car. Same day called me back changed with new one. They fixed issues that my car had when I saw it first time. Warranty again it s a plus. Seems reliable people who sell good cars. I gone recommend them to friends also .

I bought a car from Mercland 3 years ago and had a good experience so I thought I would go back and part ex my car. I was given a very low price £5000 less than I bought for. When I said the valuation was low I was advised to try and sell it myself and then come back and see them after which he walked out of the office.

Easy purchase & sales rep very good. A little abrupt by a female staff member in office which was off putting. Still waiting for contact on a few chips to be sorted on bonnet. Overall ok.
