Mercland are the goats. They know Mercedes and the price to sell. Best in the game. My e350 drives like a dream and full disks and seat refurb prior to handover. Highly recommend these guys.

Called about a Mercedes E class convertible advertised but was told they hadn’t taken delivery of it yet but took my details down and said they would call me as soon as they had it in. True to their word, they called me a few days later telling me they had it and I could view and test drive. I was a little nervous when I arrived as the car hadn’t gone through full preparation yet. After testing the car and agreeing to buy it, it went through full preparation and could not have been happier with the results. Our car looked perfect and was exactly what we were after. Advice to any customer, discuss with them what your expectations are. If you have realistic requests they are very helpful to ensure you leave with your car in the best state achievable. Staff were very friendly from start to finish, even after the sale when I called for some advice about our new car. Great place to buy a car from.

Looked to change our car and came across Merclands on Autotrader. We noticed that thier prices seemed to be very competitive. We reserved a C class model and went to to visit Mercland 130 miles away. We were amazed on how many cars there were to consider. We test drove our reserved car and were more than happy with it, so decided to purchase it. We dealt with Tony and Vish and they were very helpful with the complete deal.The delivery took a little longer as the registration plate had to be transferred from our part ex. But was all sorted out by Vish and delivered to our home address in a matter of 12 day's. I would recommend Mercland.

Great service from the moment we walked into the dealership to the time the vehicle was delivered. My father who was with me is difficult to impress but in this case he was and has recommended mercland to friends and neighbours and this was even before the car was delivered.

Very efficient easy to deal with company with a good selection of vehicles .. The vehicle I purchased was bought blind I went on information received from merc land and it was correct.. on the day of purchase I then drove the car straight away to south of France with no problem..

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I done a part exchange nearly 8 weeks ago they said they would sort all my finance out with my other finance company I.e my settlement figure which I provided I been chasing them every week keep fobbing me off saying it’s with accounts now the thing is they have sold the car and re financed it so there is 2 finances running on the same vechile which I have been indicated it’s FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

What a great find Mercland is for me. I went to their salesroom and they had a number of cars I liked. Their staff were informed and helpful. I paid my deposit on the day I viewed which was Friday, organised finance through them Saturday, and had my car delivered on bank holiday Monday. Brilliant service.

Good communication from the beginning, smooth process, delivered my car on the day they said they would with all repairs completed. Loving the car!!! So far so good

We recently bought a Mercedes E250 CDi estate from Mercland. The service was very good from sales and test drive to delivery of the car as agreed. We went for a weeks holiday in the car which was a pleasure to drive and had a problem with the rear suspension. Mercland booked the car in quickly and repaired it while I waited. Very please with the car and the service, fully recommended. In reply to another review, yes the site is not the tidiest, nor is it like an upmarket Mercedes Dealership - if you want that experience, search for the nearest one and be prepared to pay for it. These folks provided me with a great car at a very good price and I can easily ignore the slightly scruffy premises.

Never bought a car online before, but Mercland were excellent from start to finish. Fantastic customer service, all the work that was needed to be done was completed to a good standard. Delivery was excellent and timely. The vehicle its self was as described and competitively prices. It came with a full service and a six month warranty. Its a shame that I don't live closer as I would use their services to keep the car in tip top order with servicing and MOT's. Again many thanks for everything.

This is a great car dealership, the car was immaculate inside and out, the best and most important part to me was the fact the car had extremely low mileage for the year and it was at a very fair price. This is probably their strong point it's their critical selection of the very best Mercedes that are out there. They were also very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had, I can definitely recommend Mercland.
