I have been using TFX since 2012 in connection with filing my Federal and State Tax Returns and FBAR, and have always been happy with the quality and professional advice provided. Over years, TFX has substantially improved its online interaction with clients through its website, as well as the quantity and quality of relevant information related to the filing of US tax returns to ex-pats like myself (I am a naturalized US citizen who has been living in Europe for over 10 years). The processing time has been short (a couple of days for processing of the engagement letter and up to two weeks, usually less, for tax return preparation). However, this year I've experienced a delay in the engagement letter processing, which took 12 days (from April 16 to April 28). In addition, 10 days after TFX assigned me a tax advisor (whom I didn't hear from), TFX replaced it with another one. The second advisor was excellent and finished the tax return quickly. In summary, while I would rate my past experience with TFX with 5 stars, this year I rate it with 4 stars due to the longer than expected engagement letter processing and tax return preparation time.

He provided prompt,detailed responses and explanations to my inquiries.
