I have been using Taxes for Expats for over 5 years now, the service is very good - the accountants are very knowledgeable and responsive. Tax preparation is an ease as I only have to update a number of things that change from year to year and they do the rest!

In general, the website is easy to navigate, I love being able to repopulate much of the information from year to year and filing is easy. The downside is how expensive it is for a very simple return as I pay no tax and basically just receive the child tax credit. I pay 30% of my child tax credit just to file.
