Radio Rentals have been great for low income earners. With them I have been able to purchase a split system air conditioner, that I could never have bought up front. They are a fantastic company.

Appreciated the salesperson's (Manager's) honesty when explaining a product. Great knowledge of products. We knew what we wanted and he encouraged our choice rather than trying to sell a dearer or personal choice item. Would highly recommend this store.

I am so happy and pleased with my decision to upgrade my LG TV, I would like to thank the salesperson Rupy for helping get the model I wanted in the end, took a couple of goes, and nothing was a problem, on time delivery and friendly guys to set the TV up. The icing on the cake was a phone call from Aaron, the store manager to enquire of how everything went and to remind me of the current 30% Cash Back bonus and he helped walk me through the online Redemption form, all I can say in light of this new contract and the recent Melbourne Cup, great form Radio Rentals, many thanks.

Clint at mt barker is absolutely awesome. I always try get served by him. He gives all my options and recommends which would be best and why. He answers all my questions without making me feel small or like an idiot. He allows me the time to digest what he has said. Clint is fantastic

Awesome service, great products and the staff have great knowledge of the products they sell. It was made so easy and I even got 3 months free rental on ALL my new goods Yay! Oh and I even got an upgrade available on the TV I have been renting for the year prior.thanks team

In July 2017 I entered the store, and experienced such a negative horrible experience with one of there Customer Service Men after that I promised myself never to return to that store again, but I needed air conditioning for my pregnant daughter so I went back into the store, if he was there I would have walked straight out again " excuse me for saying he's controlling pushy male " even my family wouldn't go there because of him...But to my relief they had change over of management and staff, all of them David, John and Brandon assisted me....So my 5 stars are for the customer service I received from those 3 men as they all went above and beyond...I highly recommend anyone to go down to the Melrose Park Store....because it was a honest, kind, caring and defiantly a service I was grateful to have received......Thanks Brandon, David and John P.S My family will happily return to the Melrose Park Store.
