He was a really nice guy, very helpful and brilliant at explaining how the whole system worked so clearly. He was punctual and neat about his work. Very friendly too. From the day I sign up with your services, it’s been nothing but a disaster. False sales for addition camera which I need got till this day. I’m compelled to your contact just to rob me my hard working money & receive No serve value for money. Promises of engineer , not show. I wish not to deal with this issues expect if they get handled by the manager. I’m will to take this future to OFCOM or Ombudsman, no matter the cost. Take my account off contract , let me seek other better & reliable alarm system companies or resolve my issues as soon as possible. I can nolonger take this unnecessary stress over what I’m paying for in a monthly basis without proper protection. 2 issues need a resolution ASAP. *Camera promised on sake *Back door alarm device repaired. REGRET BEING RENDERED SERVICE BY YOUR COMPANY.

He was consultative and really cared about providing me with the best solution for my house. He was also very knowledgeable of SecureHome solutions and what other players in the market (Phone Watch) offer. He convinced me to go with SecureHome. We then dealt with Paul from SecureHome help us install the alarm system and he was excellent. He was very helpful and skilful. Delighted to have dealt with both Jaimie and Paul

Ireland | 22 June 2023This company is fantastic in pre-sales, the communication is professional, clear and timely, up until you sign the contract and have the system installed. Their after sales service though, is really not up to par with the industry standards nowadays. When you call them, it's really hit and miss, you either get someone kind and helpful or someone argumentative and patronising. Additionally, since the KBC move, they cannot get their payment systems to work. For the last few months, I get an sms saying my payment has failed and that should have enough funds tomorrow, even though I've been signed up for direct debit payments and have the funds. The payment URL in the text message doesn't work so I have to call a representative to pay over the phone each month (with the promises of it will be fixed next month). This is pretty outdated in the age of mobile apps and payments. And they also apply a 5€ payment fee as if it's a mistake on your end! (as if it's the customer's responsibility to chase a company to pay after signing up for direct debit) and blame you for "not paying" or "ignoring the sms" (is there still anyone who communicates via sms other than spam bots?). Also I filled the online form to update my keyholders a few times but they still call the old contacts when my alarm goes off, which is not helpful at all. Unlike their physical alarm system, I think their backend systems are pretty outdated. Moreover, a couple of times my alarm went off and all they did was call me and the outdated contact. There were no other actions when they couldn't reach any keyholders. I'm not sure if this would help at all in the case of a real break in. I think the whole live monitoring thing is close to a scam. You can get much cheaper alarms that would have the same purpose. I made the mistake of trusting them and binding myself for 3 years with them. I cannot terminate my term unless I pay the remaining balance. So think extra carefully before you sign up.

Ireland | 13 June 2023Update: June 13th/2023 Got a call a couple of hours after the submission of this review. I was offered 'a better deal' of 150e + 50e for the equipment removal, which I appreciated but refused. I also stated that I wanted to make sure my contract is not auto renewed after the end of this contract to avoid auto renewal with no notice as reported by multiple customers, I was told that they cannot make any changes for auto renewal as this is in the terms and conditions (ok!), that I should call the customer service 30 days before the end of the contract to request this (What?!) AND also confirmed that I will not be notified for auto renewal as this is also in the terms and conditions (so clearly trying to get advantage of customers here! - shame !) Thanks for the offer HomeSecure, definitely not recommending this to anyone and warning my fellow neighbours about this. ______________________________________________ Renewed the 3 year contract back in 2021with HomeSecure and just decided to cancel it. First when I called I was told that I cancellation lines were too busy and I was to get a callback (never happened), had to call again the next again, I was put on hold for 15minutes before disconnecting the call. Then, finally explaining everything that happened so far I was transferred to someone to go through the cancellation. The 'tricky' thing about cancellation. First thing - You cannot find cancellation terms/fees ANYWHERE. When I requested the cancellation I was told that I should pay the remaining balance of the contract (8 months = 240e), as this is the terms for the service cancellation. However, when I renewed the contract I DID NOT receive any email with these terms plus the customer service never mentioned it during the renewal call back in 2021. I understand what a contract is and the fact this is a contract breach - however, hiding or not informing their customers about the cancellation terms/conditions is not a fair approach. Definitely stay away from this company if you can. They are quick and supportive to get everything installed but after that is a really poor customer service. (other reviewers can confirm this as well)
