The chap that installed our system was so knowledgeable and explained ever thing that he was doing so that could we could understand the system. He showed us how to used the alarm box and was very helpful with all the questions we asked. The engineer was call Micheal Fylnn

Jamie that rang me to explain how it works and the cost was very nice and respectful as we spoke on the phone he explained everything that I needed to know brilliant if it wasn't for Jamie telling me in simple language I don't think I would have been keen to getting it in well done 💯✅

Your engineer Pierce was very careful to leave no mess and the installation was very professional. He was very good to give us a complete demonstration on how to use the system he took time to explain everything. We are elderly and we were very greatful to him.

They guys installing the system were very good, the Hub couldn’t go where I had hoped but the lads came up with a plan. The hub needs to be connected with ethernet to your network and plugged into a mains socket. Together we chose a good place and after that, they just get everything set up very fast and very clean. We had an old system installed and they even went up into the attic to disconnect it for us. Got a good tour of the app and a step by step guide on how the system works including the keypad. Great service would definitely recommend

From the moment I spoke to Ryan from Homesecure on the phone, he was so helpful. Within afew days I had the engineers at my house and they had everything set up within an hour and a half. They explained how the whole system works and they were very neat and tidy with the work they did. Terrible company. They sneakily try to auto renew contracts for multiple years. Customer service is pretty much non existent and the alarm is cheap quality. Avoid.

Breanna responded to my enquiry promptly, and explained the advantages of the system and costs involved. A date and time of installation was agreed and the equipment plus phone app, was installed efficiently by John, who explained how the system functioned. A technically good alarm system delivered at a decent price. I'm very satisfied.
