We booked during the Black Friday and got a very nice offer. Jordan from sales was very kind and he booked us the installation appointment. The system is simple and easy to use, the monitoring team is very quick. Only thing is I also referred my friends and they got the home secure system as well. I need to get the referral discount yet from HomeSecure otherwise I am happy with the system and service from home secure.

Easy installation.cost was cheaper and affordable than other security providers . I am using this for over a year , but never had any issues.

HomeSecure are very reliable and for our place which has a few key holders it’s not easy so have to say the staff are very patient and very helpful I also have home secure in my own house because of the great service and staff Highly recommend

The homesecure app is a game changer. We can check if it's armed at any time and disarm if someone needs access without sharing our alarm code. The calls whenever there are any issues is almost instant which is great for peace of mind. Would recommend

I can’t fault Home secure. The staff are so friendly and understanding. I had balloons beside the keypad and they set of the panic button. Home secure rang and first thing they asked was “are you okay?”. I apologised for the false alarm and owned up to leaving the balloons in a silly place. They were so understanding, but gave me piece of mind, if I need that button, they will look after me. I haven’t even thought of shopping around or switching because every interstate with staff has been fantastic.

There was an issue with my key pad and , after a 'hiccup' regarding opening it the customer care team sent on the special screwdriver and then talked me through the process - they also helped me instal the app on my phone. Having requested a better price as all equipment was paid for after 3 years I was offered a lower rate so we were happy to continue with Home Secure as the response is always quick in the event of any alarm indication - all accidental to date but the response was instant.

I’ve been using HomeSecure for my home alarm security system since I bought my house, and they have been amazing! The installation process was smooth, and whenever I’ve had an issue with any devices, their response time has been incredibly quick. Customer service is impeccable—they are always ready to help. Whenever the alarm goes off, they are very fast to respond and ensure everything is okay. Highly recommend!

Since I’ve received 1-st package of security it was for my house the gentleman was so nice and polite it was easy to use it he explained me everything now me and my family feel so safe and the price is just amazing couldn’t ask for more and the better company to help me with it Thank you so much you and your all team you guys been like a family so helpful I just enjoy to ring you because I know I will get the best advice with the cheap payment. I am a relatively new customer to Homesecure and am having difficulty acquiring basic information and documents from their team. I was rather rushed to secure an expiring deal from their salesteam. Granted, they did answer all questions I had. The sales person promised to get me the documents I require once hanging up the phone call then. Multiple times. I even emailed about it multiple times before installation date. The installer came out anyway on the date when the sales agent’s stopped answering my emails. All I required was a contract and terms & conditions for our service, which I never received. Only verbal agreement and sporadic emails. I find this incredibly sketchy and is an unprofessional practice. I am still waiting on this after three months of service. Perhaps it is my fault for believing the sales agent’s words. But from my standpoint, I also have not signed and agreed to anything they have not verbally mentioned to me and so any strange contract terms cannot be enforced on me. Also, they do not issue monthly invoice or payment breakdown. I noticed that I am being charged a few euros more than what they offered as the deal, but have no explanation for this discrepancy. I am absolutely left in the dark. I am still waiting on their team to rectify this situation ASAP, hopefully this can be improved moving forward. Otherwise, alarm system is good and even the added on EZVIZ works well, hence 3 stars.
