Customer service is shocking. Have an issue I need resolved which they can't seem to do. Have been told 3 times this week someone will call me back. Still waiting. Still waiting for them to reschedule a service that was cancelled 16 months ago. Have lost all confidence in this company.

I was extremely happy with the service, from when I enquired by phone and dealt with a very knowledgeable man. My installation was organised for Friday but I received a call from Ken to say he was free that day, Ken was very friendly , very efficient and I felt at ease as he explained in depth the product. He was very clean and cleaned up after his work. Your very lucky to have such a lovely man working for your company.

We recently had alarm installed and so far all very good. Everyone very nice since the quoting process with Ryan to the installation with Dermot who was amazing and very professional. I also got a follow up call day after installation which was very nice App seems to be a plus as it is very straight forward to work with. So far only positive feedback. Joana and Rafael

I have been with them since 2019. The monitoring is good. The equipment is good. Customer service is improving but if you have an issue and it can't be resolved with your first point of contact the next point of contact should make amends. Good luck.

Alarm system installed with no hassle in less than 2 hours. Engineer was polite and talked through operation of alarm before leaving.

Very good service so far from start to finish. Spoke to Jonathan Le Roux on the phone, who was very friendly and helpful and explained the process very well. We received a date for the alarm installation and there was good communication with a text message on the day before to confirm we were still available for that day. Dermod Brown, who came to install the alarm, was very good. He went above and beyond. Excellent knowledge of product, which made it quick to understand him explaining.
