Absolutely perfect hard case book.

I've ordered many times from WTTB, their banners have been fine, but printed materials have been very hit and miss in terms of quality. Whilst the customer service is friendly, ultimately its about quality. Its very time consuming to rectify problems and search for new suppliers so on balance i wouldn't order from them again.

I recently placed an order for a 6ft x 2ft vinyl banner on behalf of a new client of mine, who is opening a new café on 1st Feb. Bespoke and Customer Service particular bad, have asked for quotes and they don't reply, extremely frustrating, contacted customer service on numerous occasions and they promised i would receive a quote still nothing. I asked for a simple sheet of paper sent out to an address and again this wasn't done, makes me look completely unprofessional. Starting to lose trust in these guys.
