Initially, I could not get the print files to upload, so I used your back-up transfer portal, as recommended on your help page. Clearly this was not picked up and so i had to chase the order which was still showing as awaiting artwork. But your helpline then dealt with this very quickly, and the order was received by me within a few days. So I was really impressed at the way you dealt with this in the end.

After an issue with an order, Kayleigh went above and beyond to sort out my problem. I always think that how a company deals with problems gives a true insight into their customer service and Kayleigh helped me at every stage and always kept me up to date.

I needed to have x3 award blocks made for awards made by our small charity at a national awards event. Michelle and her team literally held me hand through every aspect of what I needed and what needed to do to get my design technically right for the process.Once that was all done, I placed my order and the awards, beautifully boxed and looking wonderful, arrived within 3 days.
