I ordered the recycled business cards, as I aim to have 100 percent of my business products, and packaging from recycled and recyclable materials. They arrived today and to be honest, I wasn't really expecting much on recycled paper/card as I thought the colours might be quite dull and details not very sharp. I was so delighted when they arrived as they really do look lovely and the paper/card even has a very slight sheen to it which I was not expecting. The colours were vibrant and the details very clear. They also arrived a day ahead of schedule. Thank-you very much indeed for such a great product outcome. I would definitely use this company in future.

I placed an order at WTTB recently but got distracted by a call part the way through the process and did not realise that I had not completed the upload of the artwork. A little later I received an email from Charlotte Scales in customer support reminding me that they had not received my artwork. If I had not heard from them my client would have been really upset with me as this was a time sensitive job.

Charlotte Superstar I had some booklets that were looking like was lost via the courier. It took some time before it was established that it looked like these were not delivered. Charlotte kept me informed all the time providing feedback via calls and emails. The booklets were reprinted and I can only thank Charlotte for her time here. THANK YOU.

Paid for 3-day delivery; email arrived saying machine difficulties and they'd deliver the following week. The following week was Christmas so i never really believed it; however no followup communications before it finally arrived early January. When it did arrive (novel-format book, with full colour illustration) the print quality is excellent and better than i actually expected for the price. A bit more communication about realistic delivery time would have attracted the fifth star - machines do break down sometimes.

UPDATE: a refund was offered and accepted after the posting of this review. The customer service manager was very helpful and seemed to understand my frustration. -- I'm a small business and ordered some jewellery cards in Sept 24. I started to use them over Xmas 24. They had been split into 2 packs. Having used the top 10 or so of one pack, I discovered the following cards had all been misprinted - the logo was way off centre. I looked at the next pack and sure enough, the top few were fine but all the rest were off-centre and unusable. About 2/3rds of the order cannot be used. I waited until after the Xmas period to get in touch and send photos and their response was "Sorry but you should have checked them all within 7 days. We can't reprint them for you as the order and design are gone from our system now, so you'll have to re-order them and check each one on delivery." Someone has clearly split out the decent cards and placed them on top of the 2 packs to cover the misprints at the bottom. To get this response is so disappointing. It's entirely their fault and, given the size of the order, would cost them very little to reprint and rectify THEIR mistake but no, they seem to think I'll want to waste more of my tiny budget on ordering from them again! No thanks! AVOID.

The cards we ordered came quickly (even earlier than expected!) without any problems. They were the same great quality we're used to from WTTB!

Absolute saviour and got me out of a very desperate situation after another printer strung me along and then told me after the delivery date of the job they can't complete my order a week late and on 20th December! WTTB turned my job around in record time over the Christmas period on skeleton staff and delivered on time... An amazing team and highly recommend. Thanks to Charlotte for great communication and calming my nerves.

Easy to order and upload artwork. Print arrived a day early.

Very quick delivery, super easy process from start to finish! Delivered as expected, on time, which is more than I can say for other commercial printers. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
