Straightforward ordering process and response time very quick after emailing a query about my order. I opted for a 48 -72 hour delivery slot and parcel arrived promptly. Excellent colour printing and I love the glossy finish, looks very professional on my product.

As ever the service from the WTTB team could not be faulted - but then their chosen courier/delivery service took a hand and unfortunately, as ever again, they let the side down badly. The promised delivery was not met and we were left not knowing where our books were or when we would see them. That meant we couldn't meet our promises to our customers . . . . .

I paid for the quality review to be done on my artwork I supplied. On the 1st attempt it was declined which was absolutely fine. I did a new revamped quality setup which was obviously accepted but upon receiving the signs, the main logo was still slightly blurred and the was thin lines under each picture segment. These didn't show on my end before I sent the image over. I would have preferred to have known about these before print and either sorted it or paid the extra for you guys to have adjusted it correctly. Other than this everything else was great.

Love this printing company for a number of reasons, not only are they super fast at getting your orders to you, but their customer service is just brilliant! I asked if they could provide me some samples of paper stocks for some wedding invite printing, not only did they agree to send me na range of samples, they got them to me in less than 24 hours of me opening the web chat to ask!! Used the company for many years now and they just never let you down!
