Have used WTTB for many years now, and have always been happy with their quick turn-around, high quality printing and professional services. More recently I had an issue with one of my orders, which I raised with WTTB. Dionne quickly took action and the issue was fixed and the products were reprinted and back with me in less than a week - Dionne kept me informed along the way and the customer service was excellent. I've never had an issue before but it was reassuring to know that when I did - it was dealt with professionally and promptly.

I got a first class service from WTTB. Their website was easy to use. There were adequate instructions to made sure that my order was seamless. And my books were delivered a couple of days before they were expected.

Good Prices and Prompt service, only negative is that artwork has to be provided exactly as the spec on the site or it is bounced back, other companies i use will make minor amends like splitting a cover from the rest of the book.

Dionne was extremely helpful with my order which we needed at short notice and the communication regarding the collecting the prints was fantastic.

I've had great customer service from WTTB since I started using them 2 years ago. Recently I thought a part of my order hadn't been delivered, and contacted their Customer Service department. Dionne C was very prompt in her response and was able to quickly locate the 'missing' delivery - which had been received by my husband and was already in my house. Doh!

WTTB have yet again delivered for us with superb quality. Not everything can run to plan in the world we live in and there was a challenge that we experienced with our order. However, we look for how this is rectified and the customer service levels were fantastic. Our challenge was immediately responded to and expertly handled by Jen and Jordon in the Customer Service Team. We will be back for more orders.
