I have used WTTBs a few times recently and cannot fault them at all. The quality is always good and the one time I have had an issue (damaged in transit) the help team (particularly Dionne) has been really helpful and my issue was resolved quickly and exactly to my satisfaction. I replied to an order confirmation asking you not to despatch C6 envelopes with the greetings cards, and Kayleigh Hope emailed back to confirm that they would not be sent.

Kayleigh was very helpful and prompt in her responses.

Unfortunately our order arrived damaged by the carrier. It was time very sensitive for a one off event (wedding). Charlotte dealt with me in a friendly and professional manner and ensured that the reprint was completed the same day and dispatched on a next day no fail delivery. The reprint arrived next day as promised, great service!

I have used WTTB before so I knew their products are great quality with a quick turn around time so I did not hesitate to order again, this time 4 super size posters. The process to upload the artwork, while I have never struggled with it before, was especially confusing this time - and I am no stranger to having to upload artwork for different projects such as this for my business! My files kept getting rejected and at times it was extremely frustrating, however I was in constant communication with Dionne and she was a massive help. She was clear in what the problems were and acted as a great middleman between me and the production team in trying to get it sorted - eventually having someone their side rectify the problem for me! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and her customer service was 10/10!
