Excellent service from order to delivery. The delivery date was due towards the end of September, but after working with the customer services team they manged to bring forward to Sept 6th. Superb Customer service and friendly Team ! I have to callout Adrienn and Tina from the Harbour Team for the very professional communication, and smooth order to delivery, service and process. The products I ordered where exactly as described and the quality and packing were excellent. Thank you for an exceptional service.

Outstanding customer service; We ordered a pair of tables in the recent sale and one of them arrived slightly damaged. Even though we had not opened the damaged one until 5 days after delivery, customer services responded to our email within a day and arranged a replacement with no quibbles whatsoever and were extremely polite.

Have ordered twice from Harbour Lifestyle, at the beginning of the year the Panama Luxury large corner set in charcoal and now an additional side table and lamps. Both experiences have been brilliant with great customer service, we had a slight issue with our table and they rectified the issue immediately! Easy to order online, the item I ordered was made exactly how I wanted it, very pleased with it plus it was delivered very quickly.

Yet again great service from Harbour lifestyle! Some lights on the pergola that I had ordered wouldn't work correctly. I wrote an email which was picked up and responded to within hours, advice given to me on a possible rectification which I tried but to no avail. I emailed back and again Harbour responded quickly and efficiently this time with a personal phone call. Great service!!

We've had exactly the same issue as John Conlin. We would like to ask him for further information on what he has done to stop the blinds rattling and blowing out in the slightest of breezes.

John Conlin We were considering building a garden room adjoining our Dining room when I saw the Pergostet in a local Garden Centre. I thought, YES!! this is exactly what I want. Having then purchased a 3m x 4m Pergostet and self-erected it over a weekend, I was totally impressed with the assembly instructions, materials and Quality of the item. I invited a few friends over to show off my new Garden Room and we settled down to enjoy an afternoon. Being Scotland it wasn't long before a small breeze came on and the side screens, which had been lowered halfway for privacy, suddenly started chattering and clacking with the actual screens billowing in and out. I was seriously embarrassed about this, especially when one of our guests jokingly commented "The pergola is beautiful, but it is like buying a Ferrari that rattles as you drive it". I can quite honestly say that my wife and I were totally disappointed. After a couple of unhappy months of putting up with this, as a retired Engineer, I decided that it was time to look into the issue. To cut to the chase, I designed and made an ergonomic 'Click-fit' module (painted in RAL 7016 to match the pergola) that mounts at either end of each dropdown side, totally eliminating the noise and actually improving the wind tolerance, without affecting the actual operation of the side walls. These modules have been in place for a few months and I now have the external garden room that I wanted and absolutely love it. If I had received it as it is now, I would gladly award 5 Stars+

Fantastic service

Deeply disappointed with the quality of the purchase and even more so with harbour lifestyle customer service. Wood (hardwood) started splitting after only about a month all over the frame of the corner sofa and the cushions stained with fire retardant coating that leaked with any moisture contact of the cushions, even though they were described as water resistant. Customer service was completely inept offering me a tin of wood care product for wood that had already split due to insufficient treatment at the manufacturing stage. Definitely would not shop with Harbourlifestyle again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our PergoSTET 3m x 4m Rectangular Wall Mounted Pergola with 3 Drop Sides and LED Lighting. To start with the delivery company used by Harbour Lifestyle were so efficient in giving us telephone/email updates and arrived when they said they would. The pergola was well packaged and the instructions are very clear. The quality of the materials are excellent. We had a little hiccup in that the wall mounted pergola doesn't have the correct cable for the LED lights, but was soon sorted out after a couple of quick phone calls/videos with Tatiana and technical support from Richard (thank you both for your great help). Our pergola has now become a beautiful extension to our lounge and our garden. We are so pleased we have bought it and would recommend it to anyone thinking about it.

Had our pergola for a couple of years now. But, recently list our remote control. Emailed them and got a response from Tatania the following day. New remote being sent out. Wonderful product and customer service!

Amazing service today from Tatiana. I’ve had a canter lever parasol and cover for at least 2 summers and have been extremely happy with it. However earlier this afternoon my miniature dachshund, Norman decided that chewing the zip and unravelling the drawstring cord was his preferred entertainment! Despite my best effort to rethread it, I quickly realised a new one was the only way forward! I spoke to Tatiana who quickly traced my original order and offered to replace it immediately FREE OF CHARGE! Most unexpected but much appreciated gesture of goodwill, thank you!!!
