I received the delivery with a one-month delay, and unfortunately, one of the armchairs was broken. I attempted to request a replacement, but the customer service response has been slow, leaving me uncertain about the timing of the replacement. Furthermore, there is no option to contact customer service via phone, exacerbating the issue.

Very pleased with completed pergola. Not too bad to put up, took our time and did it in a day, but worth doing it well. Feels substantial, looks great, size ideal. A wee bit of doubt over the 4m side and whether the blind will sag slightly and hold water. We’ll see. Pleased overall with the purchase.

Great quality goods and quick service delivery. Easy to assemble and really comfortable and high quality. Delivery crew were really helpful and placed the boxes where required. Only slight issue is that having agreed a delivery date and time slot, the crew delivered earlier than agreed and although I was by chance there to take delivery, I was told that if I hadn't have been then they would not have delivered as they would have been out of area.

The customer care, after service and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air. Pleasurable transaction.
