I’ve just ordered a pergola and LED lights but didn’t need the 3 sides. After contacting them - via their website - I got a call straight back and was able to place a bespoke order with them! They usually deliver between 7-10 days but I asked if they could hold my order to be delivered in October and they agreed! Really helpful, friendly and accommodating would definitely recommend Harbour! :-)

I ordered a dining set. Table was damaged when arrives which possibly happened during transit. Harbour lifestyle customer service was excellent. I received the new table following week. I am very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely fantastic product and friendly customer service. We had a bit of a wait for our pergola to come into stock but it was quickly delivered and constructed once it had arrived. The product itself is really good quality and looks great in our garden. We added the 4th blind for total privacy and it also helps with heat retention on cool evenings. The only observation is that the slightest breeze pulls the blind edges out of the guides - something that could be addressed in future versions but it’s really not a big deal and doesn’t affect use of the blinds. Overall highly recommended.

The product - a large garden parasol - we have bought seems excellent. We have only had it for a few days but it appears to be just what we wanted. We wanted it for the sun but it works equally well with the bloomin' rain...!!! They have been VERY unhelpful with facilitating a delivery to Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. They couldnt be bothered to supply me with the details that id need to arrange a courier. Really poor service when your spending £4000

Customer care is second to none, they always answer the phone and always address any issues I have. Tatiana is a credit to the company, always helpful and takes control of any issues. The furniture they sell is very good quality and looks stunning in the garden. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my garden furniture and am already eyeing up a pergola.

Ordered a Santiago Corner Unit with Fire pit along with the Santiago dining table with fire pit and chairs, love the quality and look of the furniture. Did have a few issues with some items damaged or missing but these were quickly sorted by the fantastic Customer Service Representative Tatiana who kept us informed and up to date on replacements which were sorted out and resent immediately definitely an asset to the Company.

Fantastic service from this company. We ordered a dining table and chairs for the garden which was on pre order. We were kept informed on delivery dates regularly. When the product arrived it was extremely well packaged to avoid damage. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent.
