I ordered the Harbourlifestyle PergoSTET 3m x 4m pergola. The structure itself was superb, but there was a fault with the LED lighting controller. The day after my email to customer services about the lighting problem, Tatiana had shipped a replacement lighting controller. No fuss, no questions, just sent it.

Purchased and delivered within a week. Very speedy delivery and smooth transaction. Great communication from Harbour and the delivery company. Well boxed and easy to understand instructions. Took around 4 hours to build. This is a top quality pergola. Well constructed and very robust. I'd highly recommend this item compared with competitive items. Excellent value for money.

The team were great throughout, communication was made at every stage and even when one of the chairs arrived damaged, they kept me up to date with a replacement that was swapped over by their delivery guys. A professional business that are a pleasure to deal with.

Got in touch with Harbour Lifestyle as a couple of the adjoining clips that hold the furniture augments together had snapped (user error rather than quality indicator). I was directed to the WhatsApp function and submitted a request for new clips. The team got back to me within 20 minutes to let me know that new clips were in the post (24 hr tracked service), at no charge. Excellent and friendly customer service. My experience was perfect from start to finish. Very helpful staff as we had our delivery delayed as on holiday when we ordered. So most importantly the corner sofa / fire pit table and solar panel lanterns were perfect. Very very good quality product, 100% happy. Alan from Taunton, Somerset.

We are really please with the seating and fire table. The delivery was very well packaged and the materials seem very well made and hopefully long lasting. The set now has price of place in our new Gazeebo!

Very happy with my garden furniture which looks stylish and is great quality. Unfortunately the glass on top of the table broke but the excellent customer service team were able to arrange replacement glass quickly and without hassle. I would definitely buy from them again.

From point of order was kept up to date with delivery arrangements. When delivered there was 7 large heavy boxes which the delivery crew had no issues placing where we wanted them. The pergola itself was so easy to assemble in just a few hours. It was so well made putting it together was a pleasure Only downside is the screens have no resistance to the slightest breeze and keep blowing out of the side runners. I knew when purchased this was an issue with wind but was shocked how little breeze it took to move them
