Excellent product, Bq chimnea. Very heavy though to get on the garden 1/4 ton , it really required a fitting team. But two oldies managed to get it in and build it. And it's fabulous , looks good and makes a lovely feature in the garden. Thank you Helen Jones.

Wow - we were a little nervous on how we could put this together, but with the instructions and the video for back up this was really logical to put together. Took a good morning and a lot of patience, was well packed and protected. Ordering was easy and contact regarding delivery was clear and efficient. This is stunning and now is an extension to our house, looks lovely and quality is great, not had it rain yet to test that area. We are so pleased with this and glad we did not wait, we are ready for Summer!

Bought the Portland dining set and it looks every bit as good as it did in the online photos. Quality is excellent and we've received many compliments from our guests. Chairs are comfortable too. We received it well ahead of the expected timescales. We had a problem with one of the chairs, the legs were slightly bent, but after speaking to Harbour Lifestyle, they promptly sent a replacement chair completely without hassle. Excellent customer service - wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Great product, delivered on time, well packed with protected film on all parts, instructions a little vague, takes approximately 5 hours 2 men by the time you unpack it all and check it.

Hands down one of the most fantastic experiences. We preordered garden furniture in late march, in late April we were contacted by Kate to inform us one would be delayed by a week and one would be early and if we would prefer to have the items shipped together or separately, we chose separate. To our surprise and joy both were delivered a week earlier than planned. The quality is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier! My only disappointment would be that I wish they had covers to go with the set as not all items have covers available.

Ordered our garden furniture set about a month ago. The first delivery resulted in one small box of table legs. We waited in a second day for the rest only for every single item to arrive smashed. Two weeks on, I'm still waiting for the broken furniture to be collected and replacements to arrive, which after chasing again I've now been told won't be for another 10 days. Hugely disappointed and just really hoping that the replacements arrive in one piece.
