I ordered the paint stripper on Sunday evening and received it via regular mail on Tuesday. It doesn't get much faster than that! While it seems very well made, I'm not able to figure out why the smoke alarm goes off whenever I use it No smoke is coming out of the tool, but there is a sort of new manufacturing odor that does emerge, and I'm wondering if repeated use will get rid of this. I plan to write the company and get their input.

I had a great experience and a great equipment

Well after spending two days with it on the bench I am less than impressed. The functions are great and would be a great time saver, IF the produced accurate results. Here is just one example; CH1p-p = 82V CH2p-p = 90V now the fun part, CH1rms = 28V & CH2rms = 28V, see anything wrong here. Just one of the mistakes it is making in the Math Functions. Looks like it will have to go back, not much better than a wet finger in an electric socket.

I ordered a round soft tip tweezers and instead I got a flat hard tip tweezers tip image1.JPG . I send a complaint to the email address from where I got my receipt with a copy of it which show a description of my purchase. But never received an answer.

Best price i found on the internet for the fluke 115 meter. Price came with free shipping which was very nice. Good shipping speed for being free, meter was packaged correctly and was exactly what i had ordered. My only complaint which really is minimal, is that i wish test equipment depot had paypal as one of their payment methods... i give them 5 stars and would definitely order from them again.
