I purchased both the gauge and the calibration kit. The meter was pretty accurate out of the box: 73% in the 75% environment. I adjusted to 75% and then switched to the 35% tester. The gauge was spot on. I use it a basement with both an air conditioner and a dehumidifier to know exactly what is going on. It is highly recomended.

I started investigating why these crucial repair items hadn't arrived, and Test Equipment Depot hadn't even shipped anything yet! My entire order was on backorder for a full week without any notice from Test Equipment Depot. When I called, they said the order wouldn't ship for another full week! The customer service representative resisted cancelling my order, until I absolutely insisted. I found a different supplier with the items in stock and paid for expedited shipping to make up for some of the delay caused by Test Equipment Depot. I really wish they would have let me know about their two-week backorder.
