I ordered some ideal network testing equipment that I needed in two days. I placed my order anddate when I called to check if the items would ship the same day. I was asked to leave my number. I expected to be ignored as has happened with other companies. Much to my surprise not only did I get a call back but the representative made sure the items would ship the same day and even ensured that some items being drop shipped from ideal would also ship the same day. I look forward to doing business again soon!

Got what i ordered on time at a good price.

Received a digital multimeter two days after ordering, with Standard Shipping! The multimeter was well protected and even had a battery already installed. Would consider Test Equipment Depot in the future!

After being unable to get new tips for my soldering iron I thought it was time for a replacement. So I ordered a Weller replacement which was received quickly and seems to be a quality replacement. Time will tell if it performs as well as my previous Ungar which I have used for 45+ years.

The Test Equipment Depot customer service department is among the best I have ever worked with. There was an issue with the order, but they were persistent and came up with a non-traditional but very acceptable solution. They worked tirelessly and I appreciate it. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They gave me the run around and made me call three different numbers. Two of the Fotronic people are rude and on the defense as soon as they hear you want to return something. They made call tech support and that guy was like who did you purchase it from and once I told him he said we know all about that company, they are difficult. At the end the hygrothemoter- meter cost me $49.00 with shipping and they will take it back and will cost me another $11.00 shipping ($22.00 total) plus a $5.00 restocking charge. This unit didn't work any better than my $10.00 units. I'm keeping the unit because it's not worth returning. The worst thing was their service! I never complain as I'm a business owner also but both reps need customer training so they know how to talk with their customers!
