Amazing service. Had a problem so reported it to care-planner, they replied quickly and kept me informed of what they were doing to resolve the problem. The problem was sorted within a few days.

Just recently joined a friendly team of care support workers who use this app. The app appears to be very clean and smooth to use with all the information needed whilst out working with clients. I have also recently experienced using the support tool to request a little fix for the navigation buttons at the top which are blending into the notification bar for the iPhone 13 Pro which makes the buttons virtually impossible to use meaning you have to close the app and start again. Dan on support was very prompt with his replies, friendly and has assured me the information will be passed onto the developer. The only thing I don’t think should be done is for the ticket to be closed before the fix has been implemented as this gives false stats that more fixes are being resolved at frontline stage and doesn’t necessarily mean the fix will be investigated.

Leanne has been able to provide us with step by step set-up as required, booked training promptly and provided me with ongoing support as required and when I need it. Leanne always tries to provide information even though it might not be exactly what I am looking for, but where she can, she will always try to help me find a work around. Always friendly and prompt with her responses. Nothing is to big or to small. She's a great asset to Care Planner and they very lucky to have her :)

Like many other recent reviewers on here we were forced to look for a new provider for our rostering requirements at very short notice due to a system outage with our previous provider. Adam and the team at Careplanner have been so supportive whilst we have navigated this process and from signing up with them on a Thursday with some incredibly long hours involved over the weekend we were live with Careplanner on the Monday morning which alleviated a huge amount of stress that we had been put under. We have been blown away with the ease of the system and can honestly say that some good has come out of a very dark time because without our old system being taken offline we probably would not have made the time to look for an alternative provider but when we were forced to we could not have found a better alternative. Careplanner is an exceptional company their customer service is second to none and we are so pleased that we now have their support to grow and develop our 30 year old business further.

CarePlanner has simple saved us as a company, we had a software outage due to a national hack that affected our old rostering software. Careplanner acted very swiftly with setting up our office within 2 hours of us signing the contract, within a week of that we had our full rostering software back up and running and integrated with the other software's we utilise as a company.
