We had a good training session with Katie Loader, she gave a chance to also do some of the tasks during the training hence making it easier to grasp how the system works.

Our trainer Katie was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the system and how to navigate efficiently. She was able to answer any questions and was happy to go back over things that we we not sure about. All in al very very helpful
