The support team at Care Planner are absolutely incredible, there's not a single question that they cannot answer and 9/10 times they can give you the answer there and then. The system at first can seem daunting however once you get into the swing of it your on to a winner. They always answer there phones and in such a professional manner, this is a strong team of people who know exactly how to help you no matter how small or bog of an enquiry you have. They operate a great ticket service if its a complicated job. Even in the early stages of setting up the system the team who's in charge of the demonstration was fantastic, they went at the speed you needed to observe the demo to take in the relevant info. We would HIGHLY recommend this system to anyone it has changed our business and has completely streamlined our processes!

So far, so good! We are yet to go fully live yet, and only had the initial training, however, support offered, and indeed received has been greatly appreciated.

CarePlanner is easy to get to grips with, work you way through the excellen training. Changing from other softwares worried me, having now transferred to carePlanner, I needn't have worried.
