Joseph’s help was nothing short of excellent. His patient manner and helpful attitude is something that has often been lost in today’s world. He was a pleasure to deal with as a customer. I actually never write reviews such as this simply because largely I don’t have anything positive to offer. This time I made it my business to write this review. I called him 4 times in one day and received the same level of service each time and his communication was clear concise and above all friendly. I think Care Planner should be aware of such a helpful gentleman on their team. A unicorn in a sea of horses. Thank You Joseph from all at LHC Dublin. 5 star simply isn’t enough.

Think Adam is great, wish he worked for me! Nothing is too much trouble. Professional, polite and gets the job done. Anytime I have had an issues (usually user error) they have always been on hand and are happy to help. Adam has always responded quickly to any issues I've had, including fitting me in same day for training. The system is excellent. It is able to do lots of things and more that I'm probably not aware of or using at the moment. Totally recommend CarePlanner for rota and finance software and awesome customer service

So far so good, looks like an excellent product that should save us no end of time moving forwards with our new business. Friendly and helpful staff. Cant wait for us to get started.

Leanne has been amazing with her communication & help from the very beginning, even squeezing us in for some finance training with very little notice. Care planner has an excellent platform; The customer service is second to none. Regional Care uses the platform across 3 branches successfully and I will also do so for the foreseeable future. We have a dedicated account manager, Alexander Parker he does a great job and not to mention the technicians available on the tech support. (Ryan, Connor and sorry I can’t think of the names of the other)
