I rarely have an issue with CarePlanner and if I do I prefer to phone as it is normally something I need sorted there and then, I have always managed to get through straight away and if they cannot help immediately they get back to me in good time with an answer. CarePlanner does what we need it to do.

Rachael was fantstic, took us through everything in a simple and user friendly way. Even more so was the fact that we went through it in the order that we would essentially use it when adding in service users or staff.

Leanne is always amazing, whenever I feel stuck she is always there to 'unstuck' me. I am now ever so confident with the software as she has been there to support me. Thanks Leanne!

Having worked in the health care sector for some time and moved from many systems, care planner is great. The system has so many other features that help us in our business, from keeping track of our clients and carers to even smartly making suggestions on our rota. This system is by far the best we used. It also got approved by our local authority too. We have not yet had any technical issues and the system is working more than we expected it to do. The support is great, always there to answer any question we have and in instant timing too very professional and polite, helping us through any issue or question we have with the system. Our Account Manager Alex P was amazing and very professional he was patient with us when changing our training dates and worked around the whole team’s timetable. We can’t thank him enough for getting us set up, to assist our team to use the system, his training session is well explained. He is great to work with and an asset to the care planner team. Helpful and Pleasant I rang Careplanner with an issue which was resolved straight away. The staff member who helped me was really pleasant and I am really pleased with the service.

I have only been using Careplanner to support a client recently but have been very impressed by the level of support and guidance received. With a lot of experience in the health care sector,I have experienced different software and I can say that CarePlanner is the most complex ,time and money saving, you can never go wrong with it. I had an Training Session with Lauren Ware,Account manager,she is very professional,walked me through the system,gave me very important information,it’s amazing how much patience she is having even if her laptop and network conception was given us hard time today.Thanks for your help Lauren,I strongly recommend it.
